　　查看照明燈、報警燈、轉向燈和轎車喇叭的功能，查看前大燈燈光的位置,必要時進 行調整；

　　查看風窗雨刮器和清洗設備的功能,必要時添加清洗液；

　　Check the function of windshield wiper and cleaning equipment, and add cleaning liquid if necessary.

　　查看手動變速器車型的離合器踏板行程，必要時進行調整；

　　Check the clutch pedal travel of the manual transmission model and adjust it if necessary.

　　查看后輪轂軸承空隙及油脂的光滑情況，必要時進行調整；

　　Check back hub bearing clearance and grease smoothness, adjust if necessary;

　　查看火花塞情況,必要時替換新件。

　　Check the spark plug and replace it if necessary.

　　清洗空氣濾清器外殼，替換濾芯；

　　Clean the shell of the air filter and replace the filter element.

　　光滑門、蓋鉸鏈以及門拉帶，在車門限制器上涂敷光滑脂；

　　查看安全帶是否完好無損；

　　Check if the seat belt is in good condition.

　　查看排氣設備有無損壞現象；

　　Check whether the exhaust equipment is damaged or not.

　　查看門把手,必要時修理車門鎖；

　　Check the door handle and repair the car door lock if necessary.

　　查看怠速情況和怠速時的一氧化碳含量，必要時予以調整；

　　Check idle conditions and carbon monoxide content at idle speed and adjust it if necessary.

　　查看轉向橫拉桿接頭空隙、固定程度和防塵罩的密封性。

　　Check the joint clearance of steering tie rod, the degree of fixity and the sealing of dust shield.

　　查看輪胎斑紋深度，并做好記載;查看輪胎氣壓,必要時進行充氣;查看輪胎固定螺 栓力矩，必要時按規則力矩擰緊；

　　Check the tire speckle depth and make a good record; check the tire pressure, inflate if necessary; check the fixed bolt moment of the tire, tighten according to the regular moment when necessary;

　　查看焚燒提早角，必要時進行調整；

　　Check the incineration early angle and adjust it if necessary.

　　查看駐車制動器,必要時進行調整；

　　Check the parking brake and adjust it if necessary.

　　查看球頭銷松緊度及防塵罩密封性，查看防抱死制動體系的故障診斷接口；

　　Check the tightness of ball pin and the sealing of dust cover, and check the fault diagnosis interface of anti-lock braking system.

　　查看前、后制動器摩擦片的厚度。

　　Check the thickness of front and rear brake friction pads.

　　查看車輛制動體系、駐車制動器、變速器、轉向操縱組織、轉向器、轉向傳動組織和空調的工作情況。

　　Check the working conditions of vehicle brake system, parking brake, transmission, steering control organization, steering gear, steering transmission organization and air conditioning.

　　查看前、后車架和車身連接的橡膠件、橡膠軸承、左右控制臂鉸鏈和車架上的橡膠件是否老化變形。

　　Check whether the rubber parts, rubber bearings, left and right control arm hinges and rubber parts on the frame are aged and deformed.

　　看完后是否理解了，為何每次進場維保，都是一大堆技師忙前忙后，還要等老半天。其實每位技師都是想把每臺車在手上變得更好，把一切危險都排除掉！
