Engine decomposition generally starts with disassembling the external parts of the body, and then disassembles the internal parts of the body, so that the weight of the engine will be reduced and it is easy to hoist out.

　　①拆卸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)蓋上的連接件和附件。

　　Remove the connecting parts and accessories on the engine cover.

　　②發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)必須在完全冷卻的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行拆卸，以免機(jī)件變形。

　　(2) The engine must be disassembled under the condition of complete cooling in order to avoid deformation of the parts.

　　③放凈散熱器及水套內(nèi)的冷卻液，放凈油底殼內(nèi)的機(jī)油。

　　(3) Clean the coolant in the radiator and water jacket and oil in the oil pan.

　　④拆卸燃料系統(tǒng)。關(guān)閉汽油箱開(kāi)關(guān)，拆下連接化油器、汽油泵的油管及接頭。拆下節(jié)氣門(mén)連接件、阻風(fēng)門(mén)拉線，卸下空氣濾清器、化油器、汽油泵。拆卸排氣管和進(jìn)氣歧管、排氣歧管。

　　(4) Dismantling the fuel system. Close the switch of the gasoline tank and remove the tubing and joint connecting the carburetor and the gasoline pump. Remove throttle connector, choke cable, air filter, carburetor and gasoline pump. Remove exhaust pipe and intake manifold and exhaust manifold.

　　⑤拆卸電系。拆卸蓄電池極柱上的夾頭電纜，卸下蓄電池。拆卸機(jī)體上的全部電線（高壓／低壓線、起動(dòng)機(jī)纜線、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)連接線、分電器連接線等），卸下起動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、分電器。

　　(5) Dismantling the power system. Remove the chuck cable on the battery pole and remove the battery. Remove all wires (high/low voltage wire, starter cable, engine connection wire, distributor connection wire, etc.) on the body, and remove starter, generator and distributor.

　　⑥拆卸冷卻系統(tǒng)。拆下散熱器罩、進(jìn)水／出水管、旁通水管，拆卸散熱器框架和散熱器。拆下風(fēng)扇膠帶、水泵和風(fēng)扇葉片。拆卸冷卻液溫度表傳感器。

　　Remove cooling system. Remove radiator cover, water inlet/outlet pipe, bypass pipe, radiator frame and radiator. Remove fan tape, pump and fan blade. Remove the coolant thermometer sensor.

　　⑦拆卸潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)。拆卸機(jī)油濾清器、機(jī)油表傳感器，抽出機(jī)油標(biāo)尺，卸下曲軸箱機(jī)油加人管。

　　Remove lubrication system. Remove oil filter, oil gauge sensor, extract oil gauge, remove crankcase oil filler pipe.

　　⑧拆卸離合器拉桿及分離叉拉臂、傳動(dòng)軸，拆下變速器。

　　(5) Remove clutch pull rod, fork pull arm and drive shaft, and remove transmission.

　　⑨若連同變速器一同拆卸時(shí)，須先斷開(kāi)和離合器踏板的連接。

　　If the transmission is disassembled together, the connection with the clutch pedal must be disconnected first.

　　⑩拆卸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)支座螺栓。有撐桿的亦應(yīng)同時(shí)拆卸。

　　_Remove the engine support bolts. Those with braces should also be dismantled at the same time.
