滾動(dòng)軸承一般不拆供檢查。在檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行清洗，通過(guò)外部檢驗(yàn)、空轉(zhuǎn)檢驗(yàn)和內(nèi)部間隙檢驗(yàn)來(lái)判斷其質(zhì)量。
Rolling bearings are generally not disassembled for inspection. In the process of inspection, cleaning is carried out, and its quality is judged by external inspection, idling inspection and internal clearance inspection.
1. 外檢發(fā)現(xiàn)有下列情況之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)更換或者修改。
1. If one of the following circumstances is found in the external inspection, it shall be replaced or modified.
(1)鋼球、滾子及內(nèi)外滾道因燒蝕而改變?cè)泄鉂伞?/div>
(1) The original luster of steel balls, rollers and inner and outer raceways is changed by ablation.
(2)軸承內(nèi)外滾道產(chǎn)生撞擊痕跡、擦傷、擦傷和異常磨損。
(2) The internal and external raceways of bearings produce impact marks, scratches, abrasions and abnormal wear.
(3)軸承內(nèi)外滾道、鋼球和滾子裂紋、金屬分層、水垢剝落及大量黑點(diǎn)。

(5)鋼球隔離環(huán)槽磨損過(guò)大，鋼球會(huì)自行脫落。

2. 空轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn):空轉(zhuǎn)軸承，檢查軸承轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否輕巧靈活，無(wú)噪聲、滯止、堵塞。軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)的不均勻性可以通過(guò)手的感覺來(lái)判斷。
2. idle test: idle bearing, check whether the rotation of the bearing is light and flexible, no noise, stagnation, blockage. The non-uniformity of the bearing rotation can be judged by the feeling of the hand.
