　　故障分析：啟動車輛，連接 ISID 進行快速測試，檢測無相關水溫高散熱器元件故障碼。用電腦激活電子風扇，風扇高速轉(zhuǎn)，說明電子風扇正常。試車開了十幾公里，讓車進入正常工況溫度，連接 ISID 查看發(fā)動機數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)動機冷卻液溫度慢慢的升至 120 度，而水箱出水口溫度卻慢慢從 50 度降至 33 度，不正常。嘗試摸摸上水管和水箱下水管，發(fā)現(xiàn)溫差極大，上水管極燙，下水管常溫，此時電子風扇不轉(zhuǎn)。

Try to touch the water pipe and the water tank sewer, found that the temperature difference is great, the water pipe is extremely hot, the water pipe is at room temperature, at this time the electronic fan does not turn.

　　1、節(jié)溫器不打開，無法完成大循環(huán)。

　　故障結(jié)果：研究懷疑是不是節(jié)溫器的問題，然而觀察此車的水流情況，水泵泵的水經(jīng)過通掉過后的節(jié)溫器時，走的不是上水管，而是走通掉的空，進入到水箱下水管，導致發(fā)動機內(nèi)的冷卻循環(huán)斷裂，上下水管溫差，上水管無水流動。更換新的節(jié)溫器后，發(fā)動機溫度數(shù)值正常，原地啟動幾個小時也數(shù)值也正常，試車也沒有出現(xiàn)高溫現(xiàn)象
